With Good Life since 2007, Raffie has spent nearly two decades learning Sarasota inside and out — the land, the developments, the neighborhoods. Licensed in real estate since 1983, Karen joined Good Life in 2015 after a 31-year career as VP of Administration at Bluegreen Corporation. A licensed Community Association Manager, she works the coast from Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key to Sarasota and Bradenton — and stays with her clients from first showing to closing.

A Sarasotan since 1974, Gina has spent five decades involved in the organizations and events that make this community what it is — with the local knowledge and contacts to match. Few people have known Sarasota longer or better.

Born and raised in eastern Kentucky, Eddie retired in 2020 after 41 years with Norfolk Southern Railroad and chose Sarasota with his wife Cathy. Fishing, golf, the beach, bicycling — he found the good life here, and now helps others do the same.
