John brings thirty years of sales and negotiation experience to Good Life, honed as the former owner of a successful Bradenton automobile business. That career taught him how to make big purchases feel straightforward, and he applies the same clarity and patience to every real estate transaction he handles today.

With Good Life since 2007, Raffie has spent nearly two decades learning Sarasota inside and out — the land, the developments, the neighborhoods. Her relationships with fellow Realtors mean clients often hear about properties before they hit the market. American Registry named her one of the best agents in the area.

Licensed in real estate since 1983, Karen joined Good Life in 2015 after a 31-year career as VP of Administration at Bluegreen Corporation — a background that keeps every detail tracked. She works the coast from Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key to Sarasota and Bradenton, first showing to closing.

Born and raised in eastern Kentucky, Eddie retired in 2020 after 41 years with Norfolk Southern Railroad and chose Sarasota with his wife Cathy. Fishing, golf, the beach, bicycling — he found the good life here himself, and now spends his days helping other people find theirs.
